Shipping policy

Orders typically ship within 3-5 business days of receiving cleared payment. All orders include tracking and you will receive a confirmation after payment. Orders are shipped USPS First Class. 

Custom Orders and Made to Order items will ship in 10-15 business days. 

OTIS + WAYNE is not responsible for packages once they are delivered at the Post Office. If you would like to purchase insurance for your order, please contact us before ordering.
